1. Introduction

SkillGrade is a lightweight tool developed by Pickle Studio that enables users to explore publicly available agent skills and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, with access to OpenClaw skills.

The application is available free of charge on macOS and Android.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SkillGrade, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

3. License

Pickle Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SkillGrade for personal or professional purposes.

You are not authorized to:

  • Redistribute, sell, or rent the application
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer
  • Use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes

4. Nature of the Tool

SkillGrade is an explorer of public information. It provides organized access to agent skills and MCP servers available on official GitHub repositories (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, OpenClaw, Model Context Protocol).

SkillGrade does not create, host, or control these skills.

5. Responsibilities and Third-Party License Compliance

5.1 Displayed Information

Information about skills comes from public sources (GitHub). Pickle Studio does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of displayed information
  • The continued availability of this information
  • The compatibility or proper functioning of referenced skills

5.2 OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, OpenClaw, and MCP Licenses

IMPORTANT: The skills, MCP servers, and content referenced in SkillGrade are subject to their own licenses and terms of use.

By using SkillGrade to discover and access these resources, you agree to:

  • Respect OpenAI licenses available at github.com/openai
  • Respect Anthropic/Claude licenses available at github.com/anthropics
  • Respect OpenClaw licenses available on their official GitHub repositories
  • Respect Model Context Protocol terms available at modelcontextprotocol.io

SkillGrade only displays links and public information. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with the terms of each project you consult or use.

5.3 Skill Usage

If you decide to use, integrate, or deploy skills or MCP servers discovered through SkillGrade, you do so at your own risk and must comply with applicable licenses.

Pickle Studio disclaims any liability regarding your use of referenced resources.

6. Local Operation

SkillGrade operates entirely locally on your device:

  • No user data is collected
  • No monitoring is performed
  • No personal information is stored

7. Availability and Updates

SkillGrade is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability or maintenance.

Pickle Studio reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time
  • Publish updates or new versions
  • Provide no mandatory technical support

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pickle Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages related to the use of SkillGrade
  • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the application
  • Errors, bugs, or malfunctions
  • Improper use or non-compliance with third-party licenses of referenced skills
  • Data loss (although no data is stored)

9. Intellectual Property

SkillGrade (the software, its design, its code) is the property of Pickle Studio and is protected by copyright laws.

Referenced skills, MCP servers, and content belong to their respective creators (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenClaw, etc.) and are subject to their own rights and licenses.

10. Free of Charge

SkillGrade is free. No payment is required to download or use the application.

11. Modifications to Terms

Pickle Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be announced through official channels.

Your continued use of SkillGrade after modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using SkillGrade at any time by uninstalling the application.

Pickle Studio reserves the right to revoke your license to use in case of violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
